At the STA Hockey academy we focus on drills and micro skills. by isolating individual actions players get to improve on the little things. We rotate the player constantly through custiomized sets of micro skills. This keeps things really interesting and fun. Of course like everything in life it is the little things that make the difference and when combined lead to incredible improvements.
